ABOUT ME

I began yoga in early 2014 after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next season of life looked like for me. I first found yoga through a local gym, and then discovered the online yoga community within Instagram. I began participating in challenges which allowed me to connect with others and inspired me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later went on to receive my certification as a yoga instructor in hopes of spreading to others the same joy it brought into my life. My flows are highly focused on core strength and intentional, steady movements, which I believe are the foundations to a functional and sustainable practice and lifestyle. I can’t wait to practice with you all!
